Kopi luwak
DETAILS
……………
Certainly! Civet poop, also known as kopi luwak or civet coffee, is a unique type of coffee made from partially digested coffee cherries that have been eaten and defecated by the Asian palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus). Here’s how it works:
Consumption:
The civet consumes ripe coffee cherries.
Digestion:
As the cherries pass through the civet’s intestines, they undergo fermentation due to digestive enzymes and gastric juices.
Collection:
After being defecated along with other fecal matter, the partially digested cherries are collected.
Processing:
The beans are cleaned and processed to remove any remaining fecal material.
Brewing:
Finally, these beans are used to brew kopi luwak coffee.
Despite its unusual origin, kopi luwak has gained fame as one of the most expensive coffees globally, with prices reaching up to $1,300 per kilogram for wild-collected beans.
Some argue that the fermentation process may alter the flavor, but ethical concerns have arisen due to intensive farming practices involving caged civets.
So, while it’s an intriguing novelty, it’s essential to consider the ethical implications when enjoying this unique coffee! ☕🌿
If you’re curious about other coffee-related topics or need more advice, feel free to ask! 😊..

What traditions have you not kept that your parents had?
By that time I didn’t spend more time with my parents (frankly speaking) so I can’t answer that question.
Was today typical?
Ah, I see! Well, let’s dive into some practical advice then. If you’re looking to improve your productivity and time management, consider these tips:
Prioritize Tasks:
Start your day by identifying the most important tasks. Use the Eisenhower Matrix to categorize them into urgent, important, not urgent, and not important. Focus on the important and urgent ones first.
Time Blocking:
Allocate specific blocks of time for different activities. For instance, dedicate a chunk of your morning to focused work, another for meetings, and yet another for personal development.
Batch Similar Tasks:
Group similar tasks together. Answer emails in one go, schedule social media posts together, and tackle similar projects consecutively. This minimizes context switching and boosts efficiency.
Use the Pomodoro Technique:
Work in short bursts (usually 25 minutes) followed by a 5-minute break. After four cycles, take a longer break. This helps maintain focus and prevents burnout.
Limit Social Media:
Social media can be a productivity killer. Set specific times for checking your accounts, and avoid mindless scrolling during work hours.
Learn to Say No:
Don’t overcommit. Politely decline tasks or requests that don’t align with your goals or priorities.
Automate Repetitive Tasks:
Use tools like Zapier or IFTTT to automate routine processes. This frees up time for more meaningful work.
Remember, consistency is key. Implement these practices gradually, and adjust them to fit your unique circumstances. 🚀

Here’s a comprehensive guide on protecting your online privacy and cleaning up your digital footprint:
In today’s interconnected world, your online privacy is more important than ever. Here’s a guide to help you regain control over your personal information:
1. Understand Your Digital Footprint
Your digital footprint is the trail of data you leave online through your browsing history, social media posts, online accounts, and more.
This information can be collected by companies, advertisers, and even malicious actors.
2. Strengthen Your Online Security
Strong passwords: Use unique, complex passwords for each account. Consider a password manager to help you keep track.
Two-factor authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your phone or another device to log in.
Beware of phishing scams: Don’t click on suspicious links or open emails from unknown senders.
Update software regularly: Keep your operating system, browser, and antivirus software up-to-date to protect against vulnerabilities.
Privacy-focused browser: Consider using browsers like Firefox or Brave, which have built-in privacy features.
3. Adjust Privacy Settings
Social media: Review and tighten privacy settings on all your social media accounts. Limit who can see your posts and personal information.
Google Activity Controls: Manage what Google collects about your activity across its services.
Ad personalization: Opt-out of personalized ads on websites and social media platforms.
4. Remove Unwanted Content
Old accounts: Delete unused accounts on social media, forums, and other websites.
Data brokers: Search for your information on data broker sites and request its removal.
Search engines: Use tools like Google’s “Remove outdated content” feature to get old information removed from search results.
Direct requests: If you find unwanted images or information on a website, contact the webmaster and politely request removal.
5. Use Privacy Tools
VPN (Virtual Private Network): Encrypt your internet traffic and mask your IP address for added anonymity.
Privacy-focused search engines: Use search engines like DuckDuckGo or Startpage that don’t track your searches.
Ad and tracker blockers: Install browser extensions to block ads and trackers that collect your data.
6. Be Mindful of What You Share
Think before you post: Consider the potential long-term consequences of sharing personal information online.
Limit personal information: Don’t share sensitive details like your address, phone number, or financial information publicly.
Review privacy policies: Understand how websites and apps use your data before you sign up.
Regularly review your online presence: Search for your name to see what information is publicly available.
Use different email addresses: Have separate email addresses for personal use, online shopping, and subscriptions.
Be cautious with public Wi-Fi: Avoid using public Wi-Fi for sensitive activities like online banking.

What would you change about modern society?
Moving people from poverty to prosperity through neighborhood self-reliance groups.
What do you listen to while you work?
Frankly speaking while working, I do not want any disturbance, because at that moment I only like not anything to disturb.
What’s your go-to comfort food?
Whole grain, foods /brown, fruits etc
I LOVE THIS ANALOGY:
You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?
“Because someone bumped into me!!!”
Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It’s easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves… “what’s in my cup?”
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?
Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let’s work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.

That’s how most entrepreneurs are building their personal brands.
They spend most of their time:
– Chasing trends.
– Trying new formats
– Buying expensive tools and GPTs.
But still get Zero Results.
– Their message gets lost
– Their efforts don’t pay off
– And eventually they burnout.
No Tools, Courses or GPTs can help you sell, if your content:
Doesn’t reflect you USP
– Doesn’t offer clear value.
Doesn’t reflect what you stand for.
Doesn’t resonate with the right people.
– Doesn’t answer the questions your ICP are looking for.
Poor conversions lead to desperation and burnout.

🚨 TRANSFORM YOUR ONLINE PRESENCE IN JUST ONE WEEK! 🚨
Building a strong online presence requires more than just posting content sporadically. It demands a thoughtful approach, a clear direction, and a well-executed plan.
Without a content strategy, you’ll find yourself struggling to attract and engage your target audience, wasting time and resources on content that fails to resonate. But with a solid strategy in place, you’ll be able to create content that drives real results, grows your brand, and establishes you as an authority in your industry.
But what is a Content Strategy?
A content strategy is a comprehensive roadmap that outlines how you’ll create, publish, and manage content to achieve your goals. It’s a crucial element of any successful digital marketing plan, and it’s what sets apart the brands that thrive online from those that struggle to make an impact.
To create a content strategy that works, consider the following steps:
✅ Defining Your Content Goals
To develop a effective content strategy, you need to define your content goals. What do you want to achieve with your content? Do you want to drive website traffic, generate leads, increase engagement, or establish your brand as a thought leader in your industry?
For example: Let’s say you’re a fitness coach who wants to increase website traffic and generate leads. Your content goals might be:
– Drive 1,000 visitors to your website each month. Or
– Generate 50 leads per month through your website
✅ Creating a Content Calendar
A content calendar is a schedule that outlines the topics, formats, publication dates, and distribution channels for each piece of content. It helps you plan and organize your content in advance, ensuring that you’re consistently publishing high-quality content that resonates with your audience.
For instance: Let’s say you want to create a content calendar for your fitness coaching business. Your calendar might look like this:
| Date | Content Type | Topic | Channel |
| — | — | — | — |
| Monday | Blog post | “10 Tips for Starting a Fitness Journey” | Website |
| Tuesday | Social media post | “Motivation Monday” | Facebook, Instagram, Twitter |
| Wednesday | Email newsletter | “Monthly Fitness Tips and Updates” | Email |
| Thursday| Video | “Workout of the Week” | YouTube |
✅ Refining Your Content Creation Process
To create high-quality content that resonates with your audience, you need to refine your content creation process. This involves developing a content style guide to ensure consistency in tone and language, establishing a review and editing process to ensure high quality and accuracy, and using analytics tools to track performance and adjust your strategy accordingly.
✅ Creating Engaging Content
To create engaging content that resonates with your audience, you need to focus on quality, relevance, and consistency. This involves understanding your audience’s needs, interests, and pain points, and creating content that addresses those needs.
We’re going back to the fitness coaching business. So let’s say you want to create engaging content for your business, this is what you do:
– Conduct market research to understand your audience’s needs and interests
– Create content that addresses common pain points, such as weight loss or muscle gain
– Use storytelling techniques to make your content more relatable and engaging
– Optimize your content for various platforms and devices, such as mobile devices and social media.
✅ Measuring and Analyzing Content Performance
To understand the effectiveness of your content strategy, you need to measure and analyze your content performance. This involves tracking your traffic, engagement, lead generation, and other key points, and using that data to adjust your strategy accordingly.
And by implementing these tips, you’re well on your way to boosting your online presence and build your brand. I hope you found this useful. If you have a contribution or a question, I’ll be waiting in the comment section.
Don’t forget to like, comment and share.

! Companies produce annual reports for several important reasons:
REASONS!!
………………
COMMUNICATION TOOL:
Annual reports serve as a versatile communication tool. They consolidate information about the company’s performance, milestones, and goals. Whether in print or online, an annual report acts as a corporate brochure, marketing collateral, and a point-in-time record of accomplishments. It helps position the company to a wide audience and enhances its brand reputation.
CEO_DRIVEN:
Annual reports are often CEO-driven. As a vehicle tied to legal deadlines, they consistently get completed. The CEO’s letter within the report is carefully read and serves as a calling card for high-level discussions with stakeholders. It unites the company’s strategies into a cohesive whole.
RESOURCE WITHIN THE COMPANY :
Internally, annual reports serve as a valuable resource. They provide approved content, images, and key messages that can be leveraged throughout the year. High-quality photography and videos from the report are used in various contexts, including presentations, trade shows, and social media. The report ensures message alignment across the organization.
OPPORTUNITY FOR UNDERSTANDING :
Beyond being a historical record, annual reports create deeper understanding. They clarify what the company does, why it does it, and how well it performs. Engaging employees and prospective employees, building trust, and differentiating the company are additional benefits. In essence, annual reports help investors, employees, and stakeholders believe in the brand and its FUTURE.
In summary, annual reports remain relevant because they offer a unique communication opportunity, even as other vehicles like proxy statements and sustainability reports gain prominence (CZ) 🌟

God take His time to create you the way you are
You are important in this world the way you are
You are here by design
Your life has significance
That’s why rich and poor people breath the same air
That’s why rich and poor people when they die they go to the same place where they came from.
Know your purpose: why you are here, where do you come from and where you are going
Be happy always
Keep on smiling
Jesus loves you

THE BEST RACE I EVER RUN!

A LESSON TO LEARN
§§§§§§§§§¶§¶§§§§§
HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT THIS?
Life is like a race, gonna be marathon, half marathon, 5km etc,
Also in business it’s like a race [competition]
In this journey you need to work very hard,
In this journey there are some mountains
Potholes, and many more.
Like the saying :
THEIR GREAT WEAKNESS GONNA BE THEIR GREAT , WINS!
don’t let people define you by your weaknesses, but do the opposite, show them the real side of you!
Believe in yourself,
Always remember that even the smallest bird can sing from the tallest tree.
I learned this from the race I run, the road was full of hills, potholes, also the weather, sunny,
But I didn’t let this distract my goal to finish the race, I finish the race on top 3,[number 3]. This was my best race ever,

FIRST CRUSH
…………………….
Be Yourself: Authenticity is attractive. Don’t try to be someone you’re not just to impress your crush. Be genuine, and let them see the real you.
Confidence: Confidence is magnetic. Hold your head high, smile, and engage in friendly conversations. Remember, they’re human too!
Friendship First: Build a solid foundation by being friends. Get to know their interests, hobbies, and dreams. Shared experiences create stronger connections.
Manage Expectations: Crushes can be intense, but don’t put too much pressure on yourself or the other person. Enjoy the journey without expecting too much too soon.
Stay Positive: If things don’t work out, it’s okay. Learn from the experience and keep an open heart. There are plenty of people out there waiting to meet you!
Remember, crushes are part of life’s beautiful tapestry. Cherish the memories, learn from them, and keep your heart open to new possibilities! ❤️

I used to think only artists had a natural gift: singers, musicians, painters, actors, and more. But me? NOPE.
In fact, I just defined myself as below average, with no gift, and way less intelligent than most people.
I felt unable to thrive in life or do anything fulfilling. For a long time, my only goal was to get out of the hospitality industry.
I grew up seeing my dad slave in the kitchen six days a week for little reward, and I knew I didn’t want to create that life for myself. Yet, I found myself in the industry for over 12 years with no idea how to get out of it.
This made me feel depleted and trapped doing something that I didn’t want to do:
I had no other skills.
I had no other knowledge.
I had no other experience.
So how did I get here? Coaching, mentoring, and teaching others about the subconscious mind, purpose, and entrepreneurship?

Today I am going to talk to you about number one because I talk to many people daily who think they don’t have anything to offer to this world, and it breaks my heart to see so much talent wasted.
The first thing you need to know about finding clarity around your gift is that you need to actually have something to discover. Let me explain: Would you call a plumber to fix a leak if you don’t know there is one? You simply wouldn’t…
Well, this is the same—you cannot become aware of what you don’t think is there.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐬: Look at the timeline of all the events in your life and get curious about what comes naturally to you—anything! That could be talking to people, organizing things, or drawing.
𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞:The first thing I realized when I looked at my past is all the challenges I overcame didn’t break me but actually made me stronger. I have always been a natural at being resourceful and looking for solutions.
𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: What comes naturally to me that seems difficult for others? What was easy for me as a child and gave me energy?
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐬:
Make a list of all your achievements, the projects that you have completed. EVERYTHING, even if it sounds “too small” to write down, and see what the commonality between all of these things is.
𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞: When I wrote my list, I noticed that when I did something that involved organizing a project or a group of people, I thrived.
𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: What was easy about achieving those goals? What made it more enjoyable? What am I really good at?
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐬: Pay attention to what other people have noticed in you. We are our worst critics, but if you are kind to yourself for a second, you will realize other people have seen something special in you.
𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞: In every single job I had, I was offered more responsibility and leadership roles. I always rejected them because working for someone else meant more work and little reward, but I realized people saw in me the leader I was, even though I didn’t see it in myself.
𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: What do I get complimented on? What can I learn/improve easily?

procrastination—
the art of delaying tasks with finesse! 🎨 While it’s often seen as a hindrance, there’s a delightful book called “The Art of Procrastination” by John Perry that offers a fresh perspective. Let me share some insights from it:
Structured Procrastination:
Instead of fighting procrastination head-on, embrace it strategically.
The idea is to focus on less critical tasks while avoiding the “important project.” By doing so, you still accomplish things, albeit not necessarily what you initially intended.
Celebrate Accomplishments:
Recognize the myriad small victories you achieve—even if they’re not on your official to-do list.
Sometimes, those seemingly unproductive moments lead to unexpected creativity or insights.
Akrasia and Perfectionism:
Akrasia refers to why we often act against our better judgment.
Perfectionism can fuel procrastination because we fear not doing something perfectly.
Give yourself permission to do an imperfect but genuinely good job.
Remember, it’s okay to daydream and enjoy the time you “waste.”
Who knows where those daydreams might lead? 😉🌟
. If you’re curious, you can explore the book for more delightful wisdom! 📚

But as a person who also like to run especially marathon, I wouldn’t know that I can keep paper work of my running, so allow me to write a story that Gerda wrote while preparing for her race..

WHAT CAUSE PEOPLE TO BUY READY FOOD MOSTLY?
there are more reasons for that, but the very big is how food looks, the more beautiful food looks the more it will attract customers, even if the food is tasteless, it doesn’t matter, it’s looks matter, let’s take an example of a beautiful girl, men got attracted by her looks, meaning her(beauty) which means this also applies to the food.
Take an example of whole tomato, (without cutting it) it doesn’t attract more than that one I cut in stylish, it looks attractive, to the extent that you can eat it wholeheartedly because of how it looks.
I figured out this when I was about to prepare lunch today, it gives me the idea of writing this story, also we can see that the food can be decorated in different ways, let’s take an example of this tomato I slice, and I add some greens, carrots, etc, it looks more attractive, what does this mean?
LET’S say one full tomato cost $3,, which means the one that was decorated, gonna costlike $5,because of how it looks, attractive, this simple presentation can teach us different things, also in business, it gonna teach us the importance of value edition,

[Here’s a short story about helping others:]
The Kind Baker
°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°
Once upon a time in a small village, there lived a baker named Elias. Elias was known for his delicious bread and pastries, but he was equally famous for his kindness. Every morning, he would set aside a portion of his freshly baked goods to give to those in need.
One chilly winter morning, a young girl named Maya knocked on Elias’s bakery door. She was shivering, her thin clothes inadequate for the freezing weather. Elias welcomed her inside, offering her a warm cup of tea and a freshly baked cinnamon roll. As Maya sat by the cozy fireplace, Elias listened to her story.
Maya was an orphan, struggling to survive on the streets. She had lost her parents to illness and had no one to turn to. Elias’s heart went out to her. He decided to help her in any way he could.
From that day on, Elias provided Maya with a warm meal every morning. He also taught her how to knead dough and bake bread. Maya quickly learned the art of baking, and soon, she became Elias’s apprentice. The bakery flourished, and Elias expanded his business.
But Elias’s kindness extended beyond the bakery. He organized food drives for the homeless, donated blankets to the shelter, and even started a community garden to grow fresh produce. His acts of kindness inspired others in the village to join him.
Years passed, and Maya became a skilled baker herself. She opened her own bakery next to Elias’s, and together, they continued to help those in need. Elias often said, “A warm loaf of bread can nourish not only the body but also the soul.”
Elias’s legacy lived on even after he passed away. The village erected a statue in his honor, depicting him handing a loaf of bread to a hungry child. People remembered him not just for his delicious pastries but for his unwavering compassion.
And so, the tale of the kind baker became a cherished story, reminding everyone that a simple act of kindness could change lives and create a ripple of goodness in the world.

Do you remember your favorite book from childhood?
I can’t
List three books that have had an impact on you. Why?
1)The holy book [Bible] it gives me courage to like, its a map for wee as humans, how we should :dress, eat, talk, pray, signg, etc, the Bible gives us all these for free,
2)MBS by Interweave solutions international, as a certified Success Ambassador with Interweave solutions international, this book inspired me in entrepreneurship, how to have better homes and improved communities etc
3)LAUNCHING LEADERS, This one gives me to choose God in all I do, to love others as I do to myself etc
What fears have you overcome and how?
The are more fears, but I would like to talk about lonely, I spend most of time lonely without any friends, family and relatives, at first it was so hard, but now /these days I’m no longer thinking much about that, so when I feel deep lonely I can go for a walk, run /jog, singing on starmaker, wash clothes, cleaning, drawing, cooking, so these are some of the things that give me courage to live while being lonely, this means during lonely times, find the things that make you happy, and give it to God….
Describe one simple thing you do that brings joy to your life.
The simple thing I did that brings joy to my life is to follow Jesus Christ, to know that He is the only one who can comfort me, when I’m alone He will be with me, when I’m crying He comfort me, when friends, family and relatives abandon me, he will be my shield, strength and comforter
How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
It depends what your question is because unplug can refer to people or devices etc, so I’m going to answer this question on device side, when I’m charging my phone I unplug when the device is fully charged, some times I gonna leave my mobile phone on charge for the whole night, some devices even if they stay connected on charger while they are full no harm can be caused, because if the battery is full, no any power continue to come through in the device that’s how it works, you can also do your own research….

I was preparing to give a speech to young adults recently at the Innovation Center associated with our local college. In doing so, I reviewed some of the interviews they did with past presenters. The theme of the day it seemed was “disruption.” Yes, I’ve read the salient books on the topic, and do recognize that disruption can be beneficial to wild success, especially with technology and systems innovation. I do believe in change. But as I pondered disruption and what I might present that would have lasting meaning, I kept thinking of my grandpa and his woodworking shop.
