The word “primarius” has its origins in Latin. It is derived from the Latin word “prīmus,” which means “first.” In Latin, “primarius” described something or someone that was first or foremost in importance or rank1. Over time, this term has been used to convey the idea of being chief, principal, excellent, or remarkable. It was even employed as a title for certain positions in universities1. In modern English, we often use the related term “primary” to express similar concepts2. So, when you encounter the word “primarius,” think of it as representing something of chief significance or first importance. 😊

PROBLEMS YU MIGHT FACE AS AN ENTREPRENEUR
As an entrepreneur, you’re bound to face various challenges on your journey. Let’s explore some of the most common ones and practical ways to tackle them.
1. Product or Service Selection:
Deciding what product or service to offer can be daunting. It’s crucial to choose something that sets you apart in the market. To tackle this challenge, conduct thorough market research to identify gaps and understand your target audience’s needs. This will guide your product/service selection.
2. Raising Capital:
Sourcing funds to start your business is a significant hurdle. Lack of venture capital funding can lead to startup failure. Explore various funding options—seek donations, consider angel investors, crowdfunding, or apply for grants. Be resourceful and network with potential investors.
3. Maintaining Cash Flow:
Cash flow management is critical. Many startups struggle with irregular income and expenses. To maintain a healthy cash flow, create a robust financial plan, monitor cash flow, and maintain a buffer for emergencies. Invoice promptly and negotiate favorable payment terms with clients.
4. Building Trust:
Establishing credibility with customers, partners, and investors takes time. To build trust, deliver consistently, communicate transparently, and build strong relationships. Reputation matters in the long run.
5. Managing Time Smartly:
Entrepreneurs wear multiple hats and juggle various tasks. Time management becomes crucial. Prioritize tasks, delegate when possible, and use tools like calendars and task lists. Focus on high-impact activities.
6. Building a Team From Scratch:
As your business grows, assembling a capable team becomes essential. Hire individuals who align with your vision, possess complementary skills, and share your passion. Invest in team development and foster a positive work culture.
Remember, resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset are key traits for overcoming these challenges. Keep learning, stay agile, and celebrate small victories along the way! 🌟
😀
What makes you nervous?
More things makes me nervous, especially after presentation, or if I didn’t give the answer to the given question, as a group!
It’s completely normal to feel nervous at times. Whether it’s before an important presentation, a job interview, or any other significant event, those butterflies in your stomach can be quite persistent. Here are a few strategies to help manage nervousness:
Deep Breathing: Take slow, deep breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this a few times to calm your nerves.
Positive Visualization: Imagine yourself succeeding. Visualize a positive outcome, and focus on the feelings of accomplishment and confidence.
Preparation: Be well-prepared. Knowing your material or being ready for a situation can boost your confidence and reduce nervousness.
Physical Activity: Engage in light physical activity, like stretching or going for a short walk. It helps release tension and promotes relaxation.
Mindfulness and Grounding Techniques: Pay attention to the present moment. Feel your feet on the ground, notice your surroundings, and avoid getting lost in anxious thoughts.
Talk to Someone: Share your feelings with a friend, family member, or a trusted colleague. Sometimes expressing your nervousness can alleviate the pressure.
Remember, nervousness is natural, and it often accompanies growth and new experiences. Embrace it as a sign that you’re stepping out of your comfort zone. You’ve got this! 😊🌟

Chlorophyll is a fascinating compound found in green plants. It’s the very substance that gives plants their vibrant green color. Let’s delve into the world of chlorophyll and explore its significance:
What Is Chlorophyll?
Chlorophyll is a green pigment present in plants and algae. It plays a crucial role in the process of photosynthesis, where plants convert light energy into chemical energy.
All green plants, including leafy greens and various veggies we commonly consume, contain chlorophyll. Algae and certain bacteria also utilize it.
Chlorophyll acts as a chelator, meaning it helps trap light from the sun, which is essential for photosynthesis. In fact, it’s considered the single most important chelator found in nature.
There are two primary forms of chlorophyll: chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b. They absorb light at slightly different wavelengths.
In natural plants, the ratio of chlorophyll-a (bluish-black) to chlorophyll-b (dark green) is approximately 3:1. Together, they create the dark green pigment visible to our eyes.
Chlorophyll Benefits for Humans:
Antioxidant Properties: Chlorophyll is a superfood due to its strong antioxidant and anticancer properties.
Cancer Prevention: Studies suggest that chlorophyll can bind to potential carcinogens and interfere with their absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.
DNA Protection: Chlorophyll protects DNA from damage caused by toxic molds like aflatoxin.
Weight Loss: It holds promise as a natural weight-loss ingredient.
Liver Detoxification: Chlorophyll supports liver health and detoxification.
Wound Healing: It speeds up wound healing.
Digestive Health: Chlorophyll may improve digestion and overall well-being.
Chlorophyll in Our Diet:
While we don’t directly consume chlorophyll, we benefit from it indirectly by eating green vegetables and plant-based foods.
The greener the vegetable, the higher its chlorophyll content.
In summary, chlorophyll isn’t just about plant life; it has remarkable implications for human health, helping cleanse our bodies and optimize function. So, next time you enjoy a leafy green salad, remember the incredible role of chlorophyll! 🌿🌱

Root people—a fascinating concept! Let’s explore the different types of people using a metaphor inspired by nature:
Leaf People: These individuals enter your life for a season. They’re like the delicate leaves that flutter in the wind. Leaf people may not provide strong support, and their presence is fleeting. When challenges arise, they might drift away. Be cautious with your trust in them1.
Branch People: Similar to branches on a tree, these folks are more stable. They offer some support and connection. However, their loyalty might waver when faced with storms or adversity.
Root People: Ah, the roots—the unsung heroes! Root people are essential. They don’t seek attention; instead, they quietly nourish and anchor you. Their purpose is to hold you up, ensuring your strength and well-being. If you thrive, they’re content. These are the ones who stay, regardless of seasons or circumstances2.
So, cherish your root people—they’re the ones who truly matter! 🌱❤️

What’s the most fun way to exercise?
Exercise—a word that can evoke both excitement and dread. While some folks thrive on gym sessions and weightlifting, others might feel like they’re allergic to exercise. But fear not! There are plenty of fun ways to get moving without it feeling like a chore. Let’s dive into some delightful options:
Fidgeting: Did you know that those small micromovements—like tapping your foot or wiggling in your chair—can burn up to 350 additional calories per day? Lean folks tend to fidget more, spending extra time on their feet, pacing around, and being generally antsy. So embrace your inner fidgeter and let those extra calories add up! 🕺💃
Dance It Out: Crank up your favorite tunes and have a dance party in your living room. Whether you’re doing the cha-cha, moonwalking, or just grooving, dancing is a fantastic way to exercise without even realizing it. Plus, it’s an instant mood booster! 🎶🕺
Play Like a Kid: Remember tag, hide-and-seek, and hopscotch? Channel your inner child and engage in playful activities. Jump rope, hula hoop, or play frisbee with friends. You’ll be having a blast while burning calories. 🏃♂️🤸♀️
Walk and Talk: Instead of sitting during phone calls, take a stroll. Walking meetings are a thing, and they’re great for both productivity and fitness. Plus, fresh air and movement can spark creativity! 🚶♀️🗣️
Gardening: Digging, planting, and weeding are excellent ways to engage your muscles. Plus, you’ll have a beautiful garden to show for it. 🌱🌼
Explore Nature: Hike, bike, or kayak in scenic spots. Nature provides the perfect backdrop for enjoyable exercise. 🌲🚴♀️
Join a Dance Fitness Class: Zumba, hip-hop, or belly dancing—find a class that makes you want to shake it! 🩰💃
Play Video Games: Yes, you read that right! Some video games get you off the couch and moving. Try dance games or VR experiences. 🎮🕹️
Walk Your Dog: Fido needs exercise too! Take your furry friend for a walk or jog. 🐶🏃♂️
Laugh: Laughter yoga is a thing! Gather some friends and giggle your way to fitness. 😂🧘♀️
Remember, the best exercise program is the one you actually enjoy. So find what makes you smile, move, and groove—it’s the secret to sustainable fitness! 🌟💪
And hey, if you ever need a virtual high-five or a cheerleader, we’ve got your back! Let’s level up your life together! 🙌🌟12345
Entrepreneurship
One such story is of a young woman from a small village who, after completing the MBS program, launched a sustainable agriculture business. Her venture not only provided her with a stable income but also created job opportunities for others in her community. Her success has been a beacon of inspiration, showing that with the right knowledge and determination, entrepreneurial ventures can flourish even in the most challenging environments.
Another notable example is a group of youths who participated in the CIS Training. They developed a community project focused on clean water access, which not only addressed a critical need but also fostered a spirit of collaboration and social responsibility. This project has since received recognition from local authorities and has been replicated in neighboring areas.
These stories are just a glimpse into the profound effect that Charles Zuze’s programs have had on individuals and communities. They underscore the potential of entrepreneurship to drive change and the power of effective mentorship in unlocking that potential.

What animals make the best/worst pets?
Dogs, cats, and rabbits are popular choices for pets, but let’s explore some other fascinating options. Here are a few animals that make surprisingly great companions:
Snake
Snake
Snakes: While not everyone’s first choice, snakes can be excellent pets. They’re quiet, clean, and low-maintenance. Since they don’t need daily defecation, their enclosures are easy to keep clean. Snakes rely on external heat or light sources, making them suitable for apartment living. Just ensure their enclosure has an escape-proof lid1.
Lizard
Lizard
Lizards: Don’t dismiss lizards! Species like the leopard gecko and bearded dragon are hardy and low-maintenance. Some lizards can go their entire lives without drinking water. They have straightforward dietary needs and aren’t too picky about their habitat. Whether they prefer fruits, vegetables, or insects, lizards offer a unique pet experience1.
Guinea pig
Guinea Pigs: These sociable rodents thrive in pairs. They’re gentle, friendly, and enjoy human interaction. Guinea pigs are relatively easy to care for and make delightful companions for families1.
Tortoises: If you’re patient, consider a tortoise. They have long lifespans and require outdoor space. Tortoises are fascinating creatures that can become beloved members of your family2.
Remember that each pet has its unique advantages, and the choice ultimately depends on what resonates with you. Whether it’s a slithering snake, a sunbathing lizard, or a cuddly guinea pig, find the perfect pet that brings joy to your life! 🐾🐍🦎🐹

Identify the Root Cause:
Understand why they behave aggressively. Are they under pressure, inexperienced, or following a flawed strategy? Recognize hidden agendas or emotional triggers. By identifying the root cause, you can tailor your response and avoid taking it personally1.
Stay Calm and Professional:
Maintain your composure. Don’t let their tactics affect your emotions, confidence, or judgment. Aggressive behavior is often a tactic to unsettle you. By remaining professional, you maintain control of the negotiation1.
Focus on Interests, Not Positions:
Move beyond surface-level positions. Understand their underlying interests and motivations. Seek win-win solutions that address both parties’ needs. Aggressive negotiators may soften when they see value in collaboration1.
Use Objective Criteria and Standards:
Rely on objective benchmarks. Refer to industry standards, market data, or precedents. This helps shift the negotiation away from personal attacks and toward rational discussion1.
Know Your BATNA and Walk-Away Point:
Your Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement (BATNA) is crucial. If the other party becomes unreasonable, be prepared to walk away. Set clear boundaries and stick to them1.
Seek Help or Advice:
Sometimes, negotiations become too intense. Don’t hesitate to seek assistance. Consult a mentor, colleague, or mediator. Taking a break or postponing the negotiation can also be a wise move2.

Improving your negotiation skills is a valuable endeavor, whether you’re navigating business deals, workplace interactions, or personal relationships. Here are six strategies to enhance your negotiation prowess:
Track Your Negotiations: Regularly document your negotiation experiences. Maintain a journal where you record details of your negotiations, including what worked well and what didn’t. By analyzing these records, you’ll identify patterns, assess your strengths and weaknesses, and pinpoint areas for improvementAd1.
Reflect on Past Negotiations: Review your previous negotiation encounters. Consider concepts like the zone of possible agreement (ZOPA) and evaluate whether you could have applied them more effectively. Self-reflection helps you understand your preferences, strengths, and best practicesAd1.
Prepare Thoroughly: Adequate preparation is key. Understand not only your own interests but also those of the other party. Identify underlying needs and concerns beyond surface-level positions. Armed with this knowledge, you’ll be better equipped to create value during negotiations2.
Active Listening: Engage in active listening. Ask open-ended questions, mirror body language, and match tone. Gather data about the other person’s perspective. Listening deeply allows you to uncover hidden motivations and build rapport3.
Emotional Intelligence: Be aware of emotions—both yours and the other party’s. Stay calm, empathetic, and in control. Emotional intelligence prevents impulsive decisions and helps maintain a constructive negotiation atmosphere3.
Know When to Walk Away: Set clear limits before negotiations. Be prepared to walk away if the deal doesn’t align with your goals or if the other side becomes unreasonable. Sometimes, the best outcome is recognizing when to say no3.
Remember, negotiation skills are not only about winning but also about creating value and maintaining relationships. Practice, learn, and adapt—these strategies will serve you well in various contexts! 🤝💼

Certainly! Negotiation is an art, and even seasoned negotiators can fall into common traps. Here are five common negotiation mistakes and how to avoid them:
Insufficient Preparation: Rushing into a negotiation without thorough preparation is a major blunder. It’s not enough to have strong opinions; you must delve deeper. Consider your BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement), calculate your reservation value, and estimate the other party’s BATNA. These rational assessments will guide your decisions1.
Competing Instead of Collaborating: Fear of being taken advantage of often leads negotiators to make unreasonable demands or resort to threats. Instead, focus on creating and claiming value. Build rapport, identify underlying interests, and seek win-win solutions. Collaboration yields better outcomes1.
Reliance on Cognitive Shortcuts: We all use cognitive shortcuts, especially when unprepared. These mental shortcuts can lead to errors. Be aware of them and strive for thoughtful, deliberate decision-making1.
Revealing Your Bottom Line: Accidentally disclosing your bottom line weakens your position. Keep your reservation value confidential and avoid revealing your walkaway point too early in the negotiation2.
Ignoring Emotional Intelligence: Emotions play a significant role in negotiations. Stay calm, empathetic, and in control. Recognize emotions in yourself and others. Emotional intelligence helps maintain a constructive atmosphere2.
Remember, negotiation is about creating value and building relationships. By avoiding these pitfalls, you’ll enhance your negotiation skills and achieve better deals! 🤝💼

A Message From Our Team
Counseling in the Streets
Hello my friends! I’m Shaulee Curtis, the Wellness Director here at Interweave Solutions. I’m so excited to be able to tell you a little bit about what is going on with “Counseling in the Streets.”
Counseling in the Streets (CIS) was created in the midst of the Covid pandemic in 2020. Lynn Curtis (Co-founder of Interweave Solutions), two of his daughters – Kristee Barker and Kim Anderson along with myself – all joined together in an effort to provide mental health support to anyone and everyone who needs it throughout the world. We found that people everywhere are struggling with their mental health as well as regular life challenges. Sadly, mental health services are lacking. Kristee, Kim and I are all mental health counselors. Working together with Lynn, we developed this program which includes all of our best counseling practices, strategies as well as meaningful discussion points and topics which help promote mental health support, growth and healing. The program is meant to be done in a group setting, with friends, co-workers and/or family members.
CIS was officially added to Interweave’s courses a little over 6 months ago. Within the past 3 years, and especially in the last 6 months, we have seen amazing growth with this program, reaching thousands of people all over the world! We also have this program for various age levels – Adults, High Schoolers (ages 14-18), Middle School (ages 11-13), and children (ages 5-10).
Most recently, I was able to travel to Arizona, USA and train 60+ educators and college students to become “Counseling in the Streets Wellness Facilitators.” Each of these new Wellness Facilitators are now implementing the program in their schools and organizations where they provide much needed support to their students and people with whom they work. Additionally, I also provided training for 50+ high school students to become “Certified Peer Counselors.” These youth are now actively providing support in their schools and communities to help their peers who are struggling. It’s incredible to see how these Peer Counselors and Wellness Facilitators are making such a difference in their communities!
We are also so excited about our wellness courses that we have been teaching to the amazing people of Ghana! We have had over 40 Wellness Facilitator Graduates this year! More classes are currently running and others will be starting up soon! Ghana is on fire with enthusiasm as they help their friends and neighbors. We’ve had several teachers take this program back to their schools and utilize it with their students. In Nigeria, we’ve also seen amazing success! Most recently, I learned that Exodus was able to introduce over 100 Officers and staff of the Nigeria Correction Service to the CIS course! Keep up the great work my friends!!
Our monthly wellness classes for Wellness Facilitator graduates and Success Ambassadors have been incredible! Seriously – I LOVE spending time with all of you who have participated in these classes! We have an English Wellness class as well as a Spanish Wellness class for those in Central and South America. We always have very impactful discussions in these groups and I leave them feeling inspired and so grateful for all of the good you are doing in the world!
Additionally, Cade, Diego and I will be heading to Ecuador, Colombia and Panama soon to meet with Wellness Facilitators, their groups, students and schools. We can’t wait!!
Lastly, I want to mention that we will be having a “Wellness Section” each month in our newsletter. I hope to include wellness tips and uplifting ideas to help ourselves and others as we continue to move from poverty to prosperity in both our physical and emotional self-reliance quests. I would also love to hear any success stories from your experiences with the wellness program, which I will include in the newsletter. So, please share your stories with us!
I am so passionate about our Counseling in the Streets program! I love it so much and want to invite each of you to take the course and become a “Wellness Facilitator” if you have not done so already! The skills you will learn and the people you will help as a result of taking this course, can change your life in such a meaningful way!
Thank you for all you are doing in your communities and in your families. One by one, you are changing the world!

Mission, Vision and Values
Vision:
“Failed plans should not be interpreted as a failed vision. Visions don’t change,
they are only refined.
Plans rarely stay the same,
and are scrapped or
adjusted as needed.
Be stubborn about the vision,
but flexible with your plan.”

Spotlight on a Principle
Counseling in the Streets
Empathy
Empathy is the ability to share and understand the feelings of another.
The following are Empathy Busters. This is what not to do if you are trying to show empathy.
(You can find this on p. 7 of the wellness manual)
Solving the Problem – “I can fix that.” I’ll talk to her for you.” Don’t rush into solve the problem for another person. This often makes the person feel like their feelings are being dismissed and you feel they can’t handle it. Instead, encourage them. Show support. Let them know that you believe in them.
Unsolicited Advice – “If I were you . . . .” “I think you should . . .” Offering advice is not usually helpful or welcomed. Instead, wait until they ask you for your advice. Express empathy and actively listen. Just be there.
Dismissing Feelings – “You shouldn’t feel that way.” “That’s no reason to be upset.” This makes it seem as though the person is wrong for feeling a certain way. Feelings aren’t right or wrong – they just are.
So, here’s a challenge for you: Think of a disagreement that you’ve had recently. Try to look at that situation from the other person’s perspective. Use empathy. What were they experiencing? How did they feel? Try to experience empathy and really try to feel and understand what it’s like for that other person!

This Course Is a Must
I really needed to attend this course. It has taught me to focus on what is the most important. As a result of attending this class, I have started a small business called ” GLOBE IMPACTORS”. I know it is still small, but I will diligently work on making it become big.

PROFIT
ProfitProfit
Explore
Profit describes the financial benefit realized when revenue generated from a business activity exceeds the expenses, costs, and taxes involved in sustaining the activity. In other words, it’s the money a business pulls in after accounting for all its costs. Whether it’s a small lemonade stand or a publicly-traded multinational company, the primary goal of any business is to earn money, and profit represents the success in achieving that goal.
Here are some key points about profit:
Types of Profit:
Gross Profit: This is calculated as total revenue minus the cost of goods sold (COGS). It represents the basic profitability of a business before considering other expenses.
Operating Profit: Also known as earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT), operating profit removes operating expenses (like overhead) and accounting costs (such as depreciation and amortization) from gross profit.
Net Profit: Falling at the bottom of the income statement, net profit further removes the costs of interest and taxes paid by the business. It’s sometimes referred to as the firm’s “bottom line” 1.
Significance of Profit:
Profitable companies are attractive to investors because profits can be returned to shareholders as dividends or reinvested in the company, ultimately increasing stock value.
Profitability is a key metric for assessing a company’s performance and comparing it to competitors and historical data.
Etymology:
The word “profit” comes from the Latin noun “profectus,” meaning “progress,” and the verb “proficere,” meaning “to advance.”
Remember, profit isn’t just a concept for businesses; everyone with an income has some form of profit—it’s what’s left over after paying the bills! 🌟💰
I can’t remember
When you were five, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Though its very hard for me to answer this question, at that moment my life was chaos.
AI
The latest research on AI has highlighted several key points:
Human Participants in Research: There’s a growing debate on whether AI, particularly advanced language models like GPT-4, could replace human participants in scientific studies. This raises concerns about the risks and ethical implications1.
Economic Impact: AI is projected to significantly boost GDP, with an estimate of adding £144bn over the next five years. However, this technological transition could also put millions of jobs at risk if not managed properly2.
AI for Public Good: A new AI research facility has been established in Singapore with the aim of ensuring accountability and benefiting sectors such as healthcare, education, finance, and manufacturing3.
AI Trends: Customized chatbots, multimodal large language models that process text, images, and audio, and the ethical considerations of AI tools are among the hot trends to watch out for in 20244.
These points reflect the diverse and rapidly evolving nature of AI research, touching on ethical considerations, economic implications, public welfare, and technological advancements.https://nas.io/entrepreneurworld
Community
The term “community” has a broad range of meanings and applications. It can refer to a group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common, or it can extend to a group sharing common values or interests, even if spread out geographically.
In the context of Harare, Zimbabwe, the concept of community has been particularly significant during the Covid-19 pandemic. Collaborative efforts have been essential in building resilient communities, especially in informal settlements where residents often face challenges due to a lack of access to basic services and support from the government1.
If you’re looking for more specific information or have a particular aspect of community in mind, feel free to provide more details, and I’d be happy to help!https://nas.io/entrepreneurworld

FAITH
Faith in our lives and business :
The concept of faith can be quite profound and multifaceted. It often involves a strong belief or trust in something or someone, even without empirical evidence. In religious contexts, faith is typically associated with belief in God or the doctrines of a religion. However, faith can also refer to confidence in a person, idea, or system of beliefs, regardless of religious affiliation.
Here’s a brief overview of the term “faith”:
Faith as Trust: It implies a deep sense of trust or confidence in someone or something, which can be a person, an institution, or a higher power.
Faith in Religion: Within religious traditions, faith is often understood as belief in God or adherence to the doctrines of the faith.
Faith as Loyalty: It can also signify loyalty or commitment to a cause or individual.
Faith as Hope: Sometimes, faith is the hope or assurance in things that are yet to come or that are not seen.
Faith has been a subject of philosophical and theological discussion for centuries, and it continues to be an integral part of human experience and reflection1234.https://nas.io/entrepreneurworld
HOW TO REDUCE INFLATION?
Fighting inflation can be approached from both an individual and governmental perspective. Here are some strategies:
For Individuals:
Invest Wisely: Invest in assets with returns that outpace inflation, such as stocks, real estate, commodities, and inflation-protected securities1.
Diversify Income: Consider a side hustle or part-time job to increase your income and keep up with rising costs2.
Pay Down Debt: Focus on paying off high-interest debt to free up cash for other expenses2.
Budget Review: Regularly review and adjust your budget to cut unnecessary expenses2.
For Governments:
Smart Fiscal Policy: Implement policies that reduce the deficit and inflationary pressures, such as lowering health care and energy costs, raising tax revenue, and promoting work and investment1.
Regulatory Adjustments: Reduce tariffs, end regulations that boost shipping costs, and encourage energy production to control inflation3.
Monetary Policy: The central bank can adjust interest rates and control money supply to manage inflation.
Remember, these are general strategies and the effectiveness of each can vary based on individual circumstances and the economic environment. It’s often beneficial to consult with a financial advisor for personalized advice.

THIS IS THE LAST CHAPTER OF SOLVING PROBLEMS. TO CONTINUE :GROUP SURFACE _LEVEL CAUSES AS PHYSICAL, ORGANIZATIONAL, OR HUMAN, GROUPING SURFACE – LEVEL CAUSES IN THESE CATEGORIES CAN HELP YOU MAKE SURE YOU’RE BEING THOROUGH :HUMAN CAUSE:When a person does something wrong. PHYSICAL CAUSE :When a tangible, material item fails. ORGANIZATIONAL CAUSE:when a system, process, or policy is faulty. TAKE NEXT STEP:If you have a problem, observe people interacting with that problem. Record any cause you identify and categorise them as human, physical, or organizational. The surface – level causes you find in your investigation may not tell the whole story, That’s why you have to continue asking why until you find the root causes. 1] USE THE FIVE WHY’S ” THE FIVE WHYS”is a technique developed at Toyota that helps you get at the root cause of any problem. It’s simple, you just ask why? 2] DOCUMENT YOUR ROOT CAUSES write down your root causes. They’re the real reasons behind your problem. They’re what you want to solve. TAKE THE NEXT STEP :use the five whys on one a surface – level cause you identify when you investigate a problem. Record the root cause you find. In the late 1980s, the National Parks Service realized that the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC was deteriorating. Rather than let Honest Abe crumbled into dust, they investigate the problem and found a clear surface level cause. Janitors for using cleaning solutions to remove bird droppings from the monument and the chemicals in those solutions we’re wearing away at the marble.. The National Park Service got to their solution by asking why? Why were there so many birds using Honest Abe as a toilet? Turns out the bird droppings were there only because the monument was a breeding ground for a species of fly that the birds love to feed on. Why were the flies there?. The park Service hired a University of Maryland entomologist, Don Messer Smith to look into this, and he found that the flies were attracted to the lights around the monument, which were turned on at dusk. When the flies mated.By getting to the root cause of the problem, The Park Service was able to come up, with an elegant solution. Turn the lights on a little bit later after dusk.boom.no more flies, no more birds, no more droppings. Honest Abe was saved. In this lesson, You’ll practice identifying root causes for problems by using the five whys on surface – level causes. Five whys :Problem analysis technique developed by Toyota. You won’t always find one root cause to your problem. Which is why you have to prioritise which root causes you’ll solve. 1]Eliminate the root causes you can’t do anything about. For example, let’s say your team delivers work late and one root cause is a snow storm took the company’s site down, throw that one out. You can’t do anything about that. 2]PRIORITISE The root causes you want to solve. You can prioritise based on lots of criteria, cost, urgency, what’s easiest to fix first, what your boss wants etc. Have you ever heard of the miracle on the Hudson? Bird hits plane, hero pilot lands plane, hero pilot plane Tom hanks plays hero pilot in a movie. Turns out the cause, bird strikes, are pretty common, they cause over $400 million of damage to air craft every year. When you examine the root causes of the problem, they boil down to two things. One, aircraft engines are damaged by impact and two there are birds in the sky. Now if you’re a manufacturer, there’s nothing you can do about birds being in the sky, They’re birds, they fly, that’s what they do. So it’s not even worth trying to solve that one. But there’s a lot you can do about your engines, which is why all jet engines have to be able to withstand one 4_pound collision. For reference. That’s about the size of a very large seagull. Hope this was helpful, this is the end. https://www.linkedin.com/in/charles-zuze-52a692220https://websites.co.in/refer/372382 https://charleszuze.websites.co.in/https://alison.com/affiliate-dashboard?utm_source=alison_user&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_campaign=35669292https://nas.io/entrepreneurworldFollow me on LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/comm/mynetwork/discovery-see-all?usecase=PEOPLE_FOLLOWS&followMember=charles-zuze-52a692220https://creativeentrepreneursacademyart.wordpress.comcharleszuze@interweavesolutions.org +263786678026

WHY YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND PROBLEMS BEFORE SOLVING THEM?
When you’ve got a problem, it’s tempting to try to solve it right away, But you need to dig deeper and understand the causes behind the problem to get to Solutions that work.
1}PROBLEMS DON’T COME BACK.
Have you ever had a problem that you thought had gone away, but then resurfaced months later?
When you understand a problem deeply, it’s less likely that will happen.
2]YOU SAVE RESOURCES
Problems can be expensive – in terms of money, time, mental energy but when you get to the root of a problem, you don’t throw resources at a recurring problem.
3]YOU CAN PRIORITISE YOUR WORK
Do you ever feel like you’re constantly putting out fires?. When you understand root causes of problems, you can understand which fires need to be put out first, and which can wait.
Amazon’s leadership wasn’t satisfied with throwing bodies at the problem. So they dug deep itnto what was actually going on. The problem wasn’t lack of manpower. It was a lack of tools,. The teams would have to build new data bases, new computing, and new storage for their data. At the beginning of every project and what would take you guessed it, three months, now that they knew the real problem with their development.
Amazon was able to build a set of tools for everyone in the company to use, and in 2006,they expanded that into a business, Amazon Web services, that makes billions of dollars in revenue every year.
Think of the last time your team delivered a project late, or missed a benchmark. Did you try to deeply understand the problem, or did you just slap a band – aid on it? This process, getting into the problem is incredibly powerful. It’s about understanding the disease, not just treating it.
The first step to solving any problem is to investigate all of the seemingly unrelated surface – level causes that led to it.
1]COLLECT DATA ON WHAT HAPPENED.
interview people who know something about the problem and observe people interacting with it.

General knowledge
DID YOU KNOW?
NAS stands for Network-Attached Storage. It refers to a file-level computer data storage server connected to a network. NAS provides data access to a heterogeneous group of clients, allowing them to store and share files over a TCP/IP network via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable. Essentially, it acts as a centralized file server for multiple users12. If you think of your data storage needs as a bunch of bananas, NAS is like the sturdy banana holder that keeps everything organized! 🍌📁
NAS
In Arabic, “ناس” (nas) has different meanings depending on the context and spelling:
ناس (nas) means folk, people, or mankind. It is also the name of the last chapter of the Qur’an, which is a short invocation seeking refuge in the Lord of mankind 1. This chapter is known as Surah An-Nas (سورة الناس) and consists of six verses. Here is the translation of Surah An-Nas:
“Say, ‘I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,
The Sovereign of mankind,
The God of mankind,
From the evil of the retreating whisperer –
Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind –
From among the jinn and mankind.’” 2
ناس (nas) can also refer to network-attached storage (NAS), which is a device connected to a network that provides storage space 13.
Feel free to explore the deeper meanings and significance of Surah An-Nas in the Qur’an. It serves as a powerful invocation seeking protection from negative influences and harm.

NOW LET’S SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO IN BUSINESS ETC
Young people hold the key to creating a better future. They are the most affected by the crises facing our world, yet they also harbor the most innovative ideas and energy to build a better society for tomorrow.
Let’s delve into this :
CHALLENGES FACED BY YOUNG PEOPLE
Generational Wealth Gap and Youth Debt Burden: Millennials grappled with significant unemployment and student debt after the 2008 financial crisis. Now, Generation Z faces school shutdowns, unemployment, and mass protests due to COVID-19and many more.
Betrayal of Their Future: Young people rightly feel concerned and angry about these challenges, viewing them as a betrayal of their future.
Optimism and Action :
Despite these converging crises, we must remain optimistic and act. The next generation is crucial when discussing our global future.
Intergenerational Parity: It’s time to think and act long-term, making intergenerational parity the norm. We need to design a society, economy, and international community that cares for all people.
Leadership by Young People: Young individuals are best positioned to lead this transformation. Their innovative ideas and energy can shape a resilient, sustainable, and inclusive world.
Global shapers community :
The World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, comprising people aged 20 to 30, has been at the forefront of addressing problems in over 450 cities worldwide.
Through dialogues, they’ve highlighted the lack of trust young people have for existing systems, including political, economic, and social structures.

Dear me
Write a letter to your 100-year-old self.
Dear me
As I sit down to pen this letter, I am filled with awe and admiration. You have witnessed a century’s worth of history, and your life story is etched in the sands of time. 🌟
Firstly, congratulations on reaching this remarkable milestone! Your journey has been one of resilience, wisdom, and countless memories. You’ve seen the world transform—from horse-drawn carriages to space shuttles, from typewriters to touchscreens. Your eyes have beheld both triumphs and tribulations, and your heart has known love, loss, and laughter.
I wonder about the secrets you hold, the lessons life has whispered into your ears. Perhaps you’ve learned that time is both fleeting and eternal—a paradox that only age can unravel. You’ve danced with joy under moonlit skies and weathered storms that threatened to break your spirit. Your laughter has echoed through decades, and your tears have watered the roots of resilience.
What stories would you share if we sat together? Would you tell me about your childhood adventures—the taste of sun-ripened mangoes, the thrill of chasing fireflies, or the mischief hidden behind innocent eyes? Or would you recount the bittersweet symphony of love—the first blush, the stolen glances, the promises whispered under star-studded nights?
I imagine you as a living library, shelves lined with experiences, each chapter a testament to the human spirit. Your wrinkles are not mere lines; they are maps leading to forgotten lands. Your laughter lines are bridges connecting generations. And your eyes—oh, those ancient windows—they hold the universe within.
As you celebrate your 100th year, know that you are a beacon of hope. Your existence defies time’s relentless march. You are a living bridge between epochs, a witness to history’s grand tapestry. And in your presence, we find solace—a reminder that life, despite its trials, is a magnificent gift.
May your days be filled with warmth, surrounded by loved ones who cherish your legacy. May your heart continue to beat in rhythm with the universe, and may your laughter echo across the ages. And when the sun sets on your final day, may it be a gentle farewell—a quiet nod to a life well-lived.
With deepest respect and admiration,
Your fellow traveler through time
