SAY NO TO GBV!

BY ENTREPRENEUR_WORLD

Gender-Based Violence (GBV) refers to harmful actions or behaviors that are directed at an individual based on their gender. It encompasses various forms of violence, including physical, sexual, emotional, and economic abuse. GBV disproportionately affects women and girls, but it can also impact men and people of diverse gender identities.

It is crucial to raise awareness about GBV, promote prevention, and support survivors. If you or someone you know is experiencing GBV, consider seeking help from local organizations, hotlines, or support services. Remember that you are not alone, and there are resources available to assist you. 💙🌟

Gender-Based Violence (GBV) can manifest in various ways. Here are some common signs to be aware of:

Physical Abuse:

Sexual Abuse:
Forced sexual acts, including rape or unwanted sexual advances.
Sexual coercion, where consent is not freely given.

Threats, intimidation, or constant monitoring.
Economic Abuse:

Preventing employment, education, or financial independence.
Using economic power to manipulate or harm.
Stalking and Cyberbullying:
Persistent unwanted attention, both online and offline.
Monitoring online activities, spreading rumors, or threatening via social media.
Child Marriage and Forced Marriage:
Marriage without consent, often involving minors.
Coercion or pressure from family members.
Remember that GBV is never acceptable, and everyone deserves safety and respect. If you or someone you know is experiencing GBV, seek help from local support services or helplines. 💙🌟

A Message From Our Team

The Mission of Interweave Goes to Where You Are

As Portuguese Language Director here at Interweave Solutions, my goal is to promote the MBS and train Success Ambassadors in Portuguese-speaking countries, officially nine countries in the world. Portuguese is the fourth most spoken language and, according to Agência Brazil in a publication on May 5, 2023, we have reached 260 million people. That’s 3.7% of the entire world population. In other words, we still have a lot of people to lead to prosperity.

It’s a big challenge to reach all these countries, but we already have MBS graduates and Success Ambassadors in Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Mozambique and Portugal. Many of our MBS graduates saw in this course an opportunity to emerge from the shadows and become known in the business world. And, once they have finished, most of them decide to become Success Ambassadors to teach the MBS course and show more people the way to success, not just in business but in any other area of their lives.

Starting with Brazil, where we have been working hard, we already have Success Ambassadors in each of the country’s five regions. Just to give you an idea, 35 participants have graduated from MBS in the last six months and we already have six New Ambassadors. The number may be small at first, but these Ambassadors are working with commitment and dedication to lead Brazilians down the road to self-reliance. Because of the dimension of the country, we seek to regionalize our service and the goal is to have at least one Success Ambassador in each region who will be responsible for training more people in MBS and mentoring new Ambassadors.  (See picture above)

We are moving forward in Angola where Ambassadors are working not only in the capital, Luanda, but in municipalities such as Namibe, where we recently had around 25 participants graduate from the MBS. The ceremony was attended by Ambassadors from surrounding regions, which further reinforced the need to support each other. In the last six months, we have already had 96 MBS graduates in Angola and 10 new Success Ambassadors. The goal is to make further  progress by providing conditions for these Ambassadors to continue fulfilling Interweave Solutions’ mission.

We continue to grow in Cape Verde and will soon have around ten new Ambassadors working in this island country located in an archipelago in the central Atlantic Ocean, consisting of ten volcanic islands. Despite this distinct geography, the MBS has been taught and practiced by graduates. In other words, no matter where you are, the MBS will get to you.

I would like to highlight Mozambique, where we have an active Success Ambassador who has graduated 50 MBS participants in the last six months and will soon be mentoring new Success Ambassadors. And I’ll finish with Portugal, where 23 people graduated from the MBS in February and some are already taking the Success Ambassador training. We also have Success Ambassadors teaching the MBS Course online with participants who speak Portuguese but are currently living in China. This is incredible, isn’t it? Once again we have the evidence that MBS goes where you are.

There is still a lot of work to be done, but with the dedication of the Success Ambassadors, who are the keystone of this process, our mission will be achieved. On this point I am very well informed; there is no doubt about it. And I thank each and every one of them for their efforts to keep the Interweave Solutions flame alive. We will continue to take people from poverty to prosperity through self-reliance groups.

“I’ve learned that I can have a business, that I can teach people how to earn an income, even in a territory as vulnerable as Mozambique (…).

I also learned that it’s not the size of your business that will make you a lot of money, but the size of your dream, and my dream is the size of the ocean (…)”

MBS Course Helped Him See Him Mistakes
I had started a small rabbit business that didn’t work out. I gave up and decided to go into myciculture or mushroom growing, thinking that the quality of my product was the problem. But very soon I realized that this wasn’t the case. I didn’t know how to organize myself.

Some testimonies about our courses
It has been very rewarding to take this course, I loved the simple methodology of learning to create a business plan that helps even people who are only high school graduates.

Self-reliance is a concept that encompasses relying on one’s own efforts, abilities, and internal resources to navigate life effectively. It goes beyond mere independence or financial autonomy. Let’s explore it further:

Definition:
Self-reliance means relying on oneself rather than depending solely on others or external assistance.
It involves self-sufficiency, self-motivation, and self-belief to achieve goals and handle adversity independently1234.
Psychological Perspective:
Psychologically, self-reliance is linked to self-definition, individualism, and happiness.
It’s about using internal resources to give life coherence and fulfillment.
Ralph Waldo Emerson, in his essay “Self-Reliance,” emphasized the importance of avoiding conformity and following one’s instincts and ideas15.
Examples of Self-Reliance:
Choosing and executing a course of action independently to achieve desired outcomes2.
Relying on your capabilities, judgment, and resources to direct your life effectively3.
Facing challenges with confidence and success by relying on your own efforts2.
Development:
Cultivate self-reliance by:
Building self-awareness: Understand your strengths and limitations.
Taking responsibility: Own your decisions and actions.
Developing resilience: Bounce back from setbacks.
Seeking knowledge: Continuously learn and adapt.
Remember, self-reliance isn’t about doing everything alone—it’s about harnessing your inner resources to thrive in a complex world. 🌟

DID YOU KNOW?
What is SEO?
SEO stands for search engine optimization. It’s a series of practices that will help you improve the likelihood of someone finding your site when they search on Google (or other search engines).

SEO is a complex, multifaceted subject that can confuse even the most web-savvy bloggers and website owners. It can encompass things like the code that makes up your site, creative elements like images and videos, and even references to your site from other entities.

Getting great rankings, traffic, followers, and sales on your website takes a lot of diligent work in a number of areas, but regardless of skill level, anyone can learn the fundamentals and find success with SEO.

Why do I need SEO?
While WordPress sites in general have a great basic structure and code optimized so that your site can be understood by search engines, that doesn’t necessarily mean that your site will be seen as valuable by search engine algorithms. SEO will help to make sure that your site has all the correct elements of what search engines see as valuable (both on-page and off-page), and making it more worthwhile for search engines to rank the site highly.

There are many aspects involved in optimizing your site for search engines, and that can feel overwhelming. However, keep in mind that even doing one SEO task per day will incrementally help your site rank higher, and for more keywords. Good SEO work is a marathon, not a sprint. Search engines take time to find your site, process and understand it, and rank it initially, but once they see you’re constantly improving your web presence, they’ll be back more often to look for more reasons to boost your standing in the search results.

Different types of SEO
There are three kinds of SEO:

On-page: anything on your site, including, but not limited to, page content, blog posts, and product copy. Search engines look for keywords on your site that match search queries. Essentially, does your site have the words and phrases that people are Googling?
Off-page: anything that happens away from your site that sends visitors to your site, such as backlinks. Your site benefits when other websites link back to yours, especially if those external sites have a strong page ranking. Some good off-page SEO strategies include promoting your site on social media and guest blog posts.
Technical: optimizations that are made to your site that help search engines crawl and index your content more effectively.
Exercise
Since the content you publish is the biggest driver for search engine traffic, designate a page or a post on your site that you would like to optimize for search engines. It doesn’t matter if the page or post is already live on your site, if it’s currently in draft status, or if it still needs to be written; you’ll use this piece of content to practically apply the concepts learned in this course, within your site’s niche.

GOOD LUCK

Death

Describe a phase in life that was difficult to say goodbye to.

When father died, that phase was always my friend and thought, we all know that when you lost your loved one especially the one who used to provide you with the things needed to survive it will be a misery..

Myself

If you could be someone else for a day, who would you be, and why?

Because I know and understand myself better, remember, some of the fruits we see beautiful outside it doesn’t mean all inside of them are also beautiful..

It’s Ok

Describe the most ambitious DIY project you’ve ever taken on.

DIY, per my perspective, lem first give its meaning, it’s like dóin something you don’t have experience in, I tried to figure out what I did based on DIY, but it’s not indicating in my beautiful mind

HOW TO MAKE PROFIT EVEN IF NO ONE BUY YOUR PRODUCT?

ENTREPRENEUR_WORLD
OUR TOPIC [who is your first customer, or client]

Most of the people are struggling to get customer, some they are having, but why?

TO ANSWER THIS PER MY POINT OF PERSPECTIVE :

__–Im going to answer this per my experience, me im a certified success ambassador with interweave solutions international, I offer an international certificate called master of business in the streets MBS training, I’m also a certified wellness facilitator with interweave solutions international, I’m also a certified LLC facilitator with Launching Leaders World wide, I earned my diploma in Digital marketing, I’m also an AVON representative.

To Answer the question (who is your first customer /client)?
I will answer this as an AVON entrepreneur.

Now listen carefully, think positive but not negative, the first client for your product or service is you{YOU)}

This may sound like a joke, but I’m challenging you to try this,, if you are in a business, entrepreneurship etc, let’s say shop, to avoid taking the things or groceries on your shop for free try to pay for what you take, if you succeed on this, believe me, you will see the good fruits, it doesn’t matter that the business is yours so that you can take anything you want for free on your shop, if you do so, you will run unsuccessful business, or on another side, in your business like if you sell something like sweets etc, try to buy from yourself, not on credit but pay on point, try this, you will see the results, in your business you will be happy even if people buy your produkts or not, try not to crook yourself by not paying, trustworthy is needed on this.

As I was saying that I will answer this question as an AVON ENTREPRENEUR:
Most of the time do place my Avon order, most of the time people don’t buy my products, but the next time I can manage to place another big or small order of Avon produkts, even if people didn’t buy my produkts, you may think that this is a joke or film, but its reality,

The reason I’m managing to place another order is because, I myself I’m the first client to my products, and I’m not stealing to my self, The thing that is causing more entrepreneurs, businesses, micro businesses etc not to grow is because they are the thieves in their businesses.

The solution here it comes, just try to implement all I have written, you will thank me later,..

Fuck you…

This word by reading it,by reading it you can feel how it huts someone, even the one who is reading it

I can’t answer this question, the reason why? Its because I can’t forsee the future, only God knows.

GAINING TRUST

What advice would you give to your teenage self?

Not lie to your self, trust worthy, love others as you do to yourself, before you speak, think,..

Hello, this is CHARLES ZUZE . . Trust is the foundation of any healthy and satisfying relationship, whether it’s personal or professional. Trust can be built, broken, and rebuilt over time, depending on the actions and intentions of the people involved. Here are some general tips on how to gain trust from others1:

Be honest and transparent. Don’t lie, hide, or manipulate information or people. Share your thoughts and feelings openly and respectfully. Admit your mistakes and apologize when you’re wrong.
Be consistent and reliable. Do what you say you will do and follow through on your commitments. Show up on time and be prepared. Don’t make promises you can’t keep or change your mind without a good reason.
Be respectful and supportive. Treat others with kindness and dignity. Listen to their needs and concerns and show empathy. Give constructive feedback and praise. Help them achieve their goals and solve their problems.
Be open and vulnerable. Don’t be afraid to share your weaknesses and fears. Ask for help and advice when you need it. Show interest and curiosity in others and their lives. Learn from their experiences and perspectives.
These are some of the ways you can gain trust from others, but remember that trust is not something you can demand or expect. It is something you have to earn and maintain by your actions and words. Trust also takes time to develop and can vary depending on the situation and the person. You may have to adjust your approach and expectations accordingly.

If you want to learn more about trust, you can check out these resources:

Build Your Reputation as a Trustworthy Leader – This article from Harvard Business Review provides four research-based practices for leaders to master to earn and keep the trust of others, such as making your values clear, treating others with dignity, and knowing when to be vulnerable and when to protect confidences.
I hope this helps you gain trust from others.

GIFT OF LIFE

BUDGETING

Write about your approach to budgeting.

Budget
Explore
Budgeting is the process of creating a plan for how you will spend and save your money. It can help you achieve your financial goals, such as paying off debt, saving for emergencies, or buying something you want. Budgeting can also help you avoid overspending, reduce stress, and improve your money habits. 🙌

There are different methods of budgeting, such as the envelope system, the zero-based budget, or the 50/30/20 rule. You can choose the one that works best for you, or create your own. The basic steps of budgeting are:

List your income: This is the money you expect to receive in a month, such as your salary, side hustle, or other sources of income.
List your expenses: These are the things you need or want to spend money on, such as rent, groceries, utilities, entertainment, etc. You can divide your expenses into fixed and variable categories, or into needs and wants.
Subtract your expenses from your income: This will show you how much money you have left over after paying for your essentials. Ideally, you want to have a positive number, which means you are spending less than you earn. If you have a negative number, it means you are spending more than you earn, and you need to adjust your budget.
Track your spending: This is where you record every transaction you make and compare it to your budget. You can use an app, a spreadsheet, or a notebook to do this. Tracking your spending will help you see where your money is going, and if you are sticking to your budget or not.
Review and adjust your budget: At the end of each month, you should review your budget and see how well you did. You can celebrate your wins, identify your challenges, and make changes for the next month. Your budget is not set in stone, so you can always tweak it to fit your needs and goals.

Health

WHAT IS HEALTH?

Let’s give our comments, thoughts etc

Per my perspective

Good health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being that supports an individual’s function in wider society. It is not just the absence of disease or infirmity, but also the presence of positive resources and capacities. Good health can be influenced by many factors, such as genetics, environment, lifestyle, and access to healthcare. Some tips for maintaining good health are:

Get regular physical activity, at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise per week.
Eat more whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and lean proteins, and limit processed foods, added sugars, and saturated fats.
Don’t smoke, and avoid exposure to secondhand smoke and other harmful substances.
Sleep well, aiming for 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep per night.
Stay hydrated, drinking enough water and other fluids to keep your urine pale yellow or clear.
Limit alcohol intake, no more than one drink per day for women and two drinks per day for men.
Get regular check-ups, screenings, and vaccinations, and follow your doctor’s advice on managing any chronic conditions.
Know your numbers, such as blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and body mass index, and keep them within healthy ranges.
Manage stress, using healthy coping strategies such as relaxation, meditation, hobbies, or social support.
Practice safe sex, using condoms or other barrier methods to prevent sexually transmitted infections and unwanted pregnancies.
These are some general guidelines for good health, but you may need to adjust them according to your personal needs and preferences. You can also consult with your doctor or a registered dietitian for more specific advice on how to improve your health. 😊

My point of perspective

Have you ever unintentionally broken the law?

Per my point of perspective

There are many laws out there, lem open like this, there are to sides of that, like(Bible laws and world laws(earthly laws) about earthly laws I didn’t, the lastly BIBLE LAWS THAT ARE THE TEN COMMANDMENTS, I know on ten commandments I do many wrong, with or with or without intention, but what I wish or want to is to mend my ways, loving one another, forgiving, loving others the way I do to myself, in short, ten commandments are my best,!

USE TIME WISELY
ENTREPRENEUR_WORLD
Once there was a man who claimed to be an expert in time management. He approached a major company in the USA and offered to teach the company president three steps to make him successful in the use of his time. The president agreed to pay the consultant what he thought the advice was worth if the company implemented the steps the consultant taught.
The consultant taught the president the three steps and went over how to use them in the company. Then he returned thirty days after after the training. He was pleased when the president reported that not only had he implemented the steps but those steps had made a huge impact on the company’s productivity. Then the president paid the consultant $10,000 USD.

Do you know want to know what the steps were that the consultant taught?

If you had the power to change one law, what would it be and why?

Do you need a break? From what?

From WhatsApp, because I don’t like their doing, let’s say I’m using WhatsApp, it gonna say you have logged out from WhatsApp without my consent, it will give the option to login, if I click the login button, it will say you have been banned from using WhatsApp, if I send a request so that the problem can be solved, they don’t give any reply, so I don’t think there is a reason for continuing using WhatsApp, I’m asking for your opinion on this….? Also a break from trusting 100%,one day when you see the real side of the one you used to trust to that extent, you will be shattered

BUT WH6?

How do significant life events or the passage of time influence your perspective on life?

First thing first, gonna try to give a meaning of significant, : sufficiently great or important to be worthy of attention, noteworthy. ” a significant increase in sales ”

Having a particular meaning,, indicative of something, in times of stress etc

So from my perspective, there was a saying, that narrates :GOOD LEADER LEAD BY AN EXAMPLE,,,, so to answer the question, I can search what are challenges and problems people facing, then help them to solve those problems in a better way, because you can’t judge a book by its cover

A Message From Our Team

Self-Reliance Groups in Nigeria

Moving people from poverty to prosperity is the mission and main focus of the Interweave Solutions program in the world and in Nigeria in particular, the impact of the program has been very stunning. With over 55,000 MBS graduates in Nigeria, an increase in emphasis has been on how to harmonize our MBS graduates and build small self-reliance groups. The successful implementation of and authorization of these self reliance groups will further help promote the second part of the mission of Interweave “through neighborhood self reliance groups”.

In Nigeria, we decided to look for a very effective way groups can work together towards self-reliance and developed the Interweave Solutions MBS Cooperative Associations program. All Success Ambassadors are required to train MBS students, graduate them and then organize them into a cooperative group with a maximum of 25 MBS graduates.

So far we have about 65 cooperative groups set up and more are under way. Members of each cooperative learn the 3Cs of business, serve in a community and benefit from the growth of the cooperative. The program is widely accepted in Nigeria as it complies with Government provisions and guidelines.

Nigeria is positioning to expand the Cooperative program as testimonials of its influence so far have been very positive.

By Trying to Help Others, They Helped Themselves

My wife and I started a voluntary community service to empower underprivileged rural adolescent girls and young women in a vocational skill such as local hand weaving. It has been a free programme for the past 3 years. I didn’t consider it as a business, so basically we kept investing every money made back into the project.

MBS Allows Her to Reach Her Goals
Before following this course, my self-esteem was affected not only by circumstances caused by the pandemic, but also because before I had already started a business, for which I got into debt with financial institutions and for not knowing how to properly manage my business in the end failed. This caused the fear of undertaking again and a debt that I continue to pay today to strengthen in me.

She Is Now Her Own Boss

Hi, I’m Sheila and I live in Curitiba, Paraná. I’m a Psychology student and I had the opportunity to learn about and take the MBS course, which helped me get to know this tool, the world of business and quality of life.

What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?

To fall in love or to date a girl, I’m a person who learn from the things that are taking place or from the things I see, when I see girls being used as objects I won’t be at peace, it troubles my heart to the extent that I feel as if I’m the one doing that thing, girls are being used as toilet papers, when the guys get what they want girls are being thrown away as empty papers or used tissues, we need to understand that from the Bible girls /ladies (women are weaker vessels) when you think of starting a new journey, don’t let obstacles overtake you, meaning when you want to date a girl or marry, be ready to always stand by herself in every situation, in short, love is the fulfilling of the law, not breaking it, what you have started, finish it, who you want to take over what you have started?

For me to date a girl, or fall in love with girl or woman it gonna take thousands miles, because I respect, not disrespect,

10 lessons from How to Raise Your Own Salary by Napoleon Hill:

1. Know your worth. Before you can ask for a raise, you need to know what you’re worth. Do some research and find out what other people in your position with your experience are making.

2. Be prepared to negotiate. Don’t expect your boss to just hand you a raise. Be prepared to negotiate and be willing to walk away if you don’t get what you want.

3. Focus on your accomplishments. When you’re negotiating for a raise, focus on your accomplishments. What have you done that has made a positive impact on the company?

4. Be confident. Believe in yourself and your worth. If you don’t believe in yourself, no one else will.

5. Be persistent. Don’t give up if you don’t get a raise the first time you ask. Keep working hard and eventually you will be rewarded.

6. Be patient. Raising your salary takes time and effort. Don’t expect it to happen overnight.

7. Be willing to take risks. If you want to earn more money, you may need to be willing to take risks. This could mean asking for a promotion, starting your own business, or taking on more responsibility at work.

8. Be willing to learn new things. The world of work is constantly changing, so you need to be willing to learn new things to stay ahead of the curve.

9. Be willing to network. Networking is a great way to learn about new opportunities and meet people who can help you raise your salary.

10. Be willing to give back. When you’re successful, don’t forget to give back to others. This could mean mentoring someone, volunteering your time, or donating to charity.
