What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I do what I like the most, like running, (especially marathon) eating what I like the most, like grains food, /brown, doing exercises like kabata /tabata workout, singing, spending time alone etc

  1. I take plentiful of water each day, because it’s really important for your organ systems. For internal nourishment, I try to have steamed vegetables and protein. SInce screens are invariably meant to make us sedentary, I get my 20 minutes of physical movement by climbing up and down the stairs.
    For emotional well-being, I journal.
