THIS SHOWS US WHAT YOUNG PEOPLE CAN DO, THEY CAN MAKE A CHANGE IN THE WORLD.

CHALLENGES FACED BY YOUNG PEOPLE
Generational Wealth Gap and Youth Debt Burden: Millennials grappled with significant unemployment and student debt after the 2008 financial crisis. Now, Generation Z faces school shutdowns, unemployment, and mass protests due to COVID-19and many more.
Betrayal of Their Future: Young people rightly feel concerned and angry about these challenges, viewing them as a betrayal of their future.
Optimism and Action :
Despite these converging crises, we must remain optimistic and act. The next generation is crucial when discussing our global future.
Intergenerational Parity: It’s time to think and act long-term, making intergenerational parity the norm. We need to design a society, economy, and international community that cares for all people.
Leadership by Young People: Young individuals are best positioned to lead this transformation. Their innovative ideas and energy can shape a resilient, sustainable, and inclusive world.
Global shapers community :
The World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, comprising people aged 20 to 30, has been at the forefront of addressing problems in over 450 cities worldwide.
Through dialogues, they’ve highlighted the lack of trust young people have for existing systems, including political, economic, and social structures.
