How do you manage screen time for yourself?
By giving myself time to do more things like, reading books, running, workouts, like Kataba, etc. Also by teaching myself to read the Bible, Bible is the only book 📙, (holy scriptures) and that can give you wisdom, it have more things that can change your life forever, the application I want to say mesmerized is TIKTOK, WHY? =because on it you can manage your time, meaning it have the settings you can make based on how long you want to use it per day, let’s say you set to 2 hrs, when that time passed you will be notified, etc.
